A bit about what you’d be doing
We are looking for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 4/5 years industry experience, who is looking to develop their career in a fast paced fit out role.
Understanding the full scope of work and the breakdown of all packages.
Controlling and overseeing the raising of orders, order tracking, invoicing and payments.
Monitoring resources and costs on site – site diary reviews, labour and material reconciliations.
Support any contracting issues and contract administration, reporting the findings to the Contracts Manager.
Identify, assess and review all variations.
Providing project cashflow forecasts undertaking and agreeing monthly valuations.
Final accounts at project close, accounts and final statements in support of the Contracts Manager.
Ensuring that Collateral Warranties are fully signed ahead of project completion.
