Training & Quality Leader
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding quality results through the robust and approachable training of individuals and teams.
You will be joining an established yet fast growing business, with a team of people who are committed to delivering consistent excellent results across quality, customer service and business growth.
You will work with a team of Training & Quality Supervisors ensuring that you are all delivering excellent training to shape and develop all areas of the business. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Operations and Operations Manager to ensure all areas of the business maintain effective controls and high-quality audit results.
What we need from you as a Training & Quality Leader
- Experience in creating, delivering & managing high quality training programs for all roles in the business to ensure robust onboarding and continuous development for all employees.
- Friendly, approachable and a rational and reasonable approach to managing risk across the business areas.
- Experience in managing and coaching a team to support day to day activities but also pro-actively support development and maximise their contribution to the business objectives.
What the role involves
- Oversight & management of first line control environment, liaising with the Head of Operations & Ops Manager as required,
- Oversight & monitoring of adherence to key regulatory processes and controls including monthly audit reporting, FCA breach investigations, NFUM training and competence.
- Reporting of MI into the Senior Leadership Team as and when required relating to performance and risk.
- Establish and promote good risk management practices within the Agency
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports and the wider team to ensure business objectives are met.
- Support the Head of Operations to build on existing business culture and create a progressive, supportive and professional environment.
