About the role
This role is on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday, working 35 hours per week.

The Service Quality Specialist position will be reporting to an Associate Director, Service Quality. You can work on hybrid bases or fully remotely with occasional travel to the office in Winnersh.
BD Winnersh is the UK headquarters and the office is located in the modern Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Wokingham, Berkshire with approx. 690 employees.
You will be supporting Medication Management Solutions (MMS) International Group and will be responsible for gathering, interpreting and presenting data for the Service Quality functional area. Associate will support the function with the Post Market Surveillance activities as well as monitoring data for trends and escalating issues as required. The role will be required to also support the Infusion and Dispensing businesses, using the established software to extract data.
Main responsibilities will include:
You will establish, collect and maintain the Service Quality functions key metrics and scorecards in compliance with appropriate procedures.
Create, maintain, and improve service quality dashboards, data visualizations & tools.
Prepare data reports for meetings including Service Data Reviews, Complaint Reviews and Management Reviews.
Analyse and provide meaningful data to support the Post Market Surveillance activities related to Service Quality.
Quality review data that is being entered into Service System Software (ServiceMax and MS Navision) to identify trends that need to be resolved.
About you
Relevant Degree plus 3 years or more engineering/data visualization experience within the medical technology industry or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
The ability to collect data, analyse situations and propose solutions to meet both Compliance and Business requirements.
Knowledge of worldwide applicable regulations for Quality Systems (EU MDR, ISO13485, 21CFR820 etc).
Computer literacy in Microsoft 365 Applications.
Working knowledge of ServiceMax, Qlik, MS Navision and Power BI software (preferred).
Knowledge of electro-mechanical medical devices (preferred).
