Quality Processes Director
Location: Ware, UK
The purpose of this role is to effectively lead the department which consists of Customer Complaints, Supplier Quality, SOP Factory, Retained Samples, Document Retention, OnePharma Quality, and Process Leads, ensuring fit for purpose processes are in place and in use in line with Company and Regulatory standards, and cGMP, and to drive improvement across the site in Quality Processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall management responsibility for a diverse group of direct reports across several different roles and different disciplines to maintain the cGMP and compliance expectations required by the medicines regulators. To meet site strategic goals, staff development goals and ensure there is no detriment to the environment, health and safety of the staff and site.
- Responsible for the quality of Customer Complaint and Supplier investigations and compliance of the Quality processes to regulatory and corporate standards, and cGMP.
- Ensure consistent flow of document and data creation to meet the needs of the site
- Ensure all OnePharma activities are supported for Quality and Regulatory Compliance and delivery remains in line with plans.
- Lead the periodic review of site Quality Compliance through local and site Management Review by Quality Council
- To lead and coach others in continuous improvement in line with the company GPS standard, to deliver improvements in compliance and productivity for the Quality processes used across site.
- To lead and coach across the direct functions and act as a champion across the site to promote inspection readiness & Data Integrity.
- Deputize for the Site Quality Director as appropriate.
- To deliver the long-term quality & Ware site strategy for the site particularly in relation to use of Quality processes, as a key member of the Quality Leadership Team and the Extended Leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, microbiology, pharmacology)
- 5-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Preferably experience across a range of departments including production, quality, Laboratories and Lean Sigma / OE / GPS Project management experience
- Team leadership experience within a complex & diverse team
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
