The Opportunity
At Leonardo, we have multiple opportunities covering all levels within our Quality teams in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to come join our team, to support the business growth within Edinburgh.
What you will do
As we enter a new phase in our journey, we have several opportunities to come join our team. Some of the types of roles we are recruiting for are:
- Quality Manager
- Quality Team Leader - Software Quality and Project
- Principal Quality Engineer
- Senior Quality Engineer
- Quality Coordinator
In this phase of our journey, we are challenging and reviewing our ways of working within Quality. Within these roles you will have an opportunity to challenge the status quo, develop the processes and apply your expertise.
These roles will be based across of a range of environments across our Edinburgh facility: working directly within our manufacturing areas, with our internal project teams and customers.
We are open to flexible ways of working for these role between on site in Edinburgh and remote.

Key Responsibility Areas
These roles will support our product range in Edinburgh and across the UK.
Focussing on:
Integration with our project teams- Creation and development of Quality Plans
- Continuous improvement: problem solving techniques, risk analysis
- Effective root cause analysis, using industry standard tools
- Quality tool box experience: Auditing, RC, Quality Flow downs, data analysis
- Stakeholder engagement both internal and external
- Mentoring and coaching opportunities

Quality experience at the relevant level of the role you are applying for:
A Quality tool box: root cause analysis, fault trees, FMEAs, six sigma- Effective and flexible communication
