Oldham Training Centre has an apprenticeship career vacancy to work with our Quality Manager for you to train to be a Quality of Education Administrator. Once trained, you will provide admin support to three managers but receive specialist training in quality and auditing work. You will get involved in all aspects of running a training centre but particularly will help out with producing documents, inputting data into bespoke data systems, invigilating examinations, preparing the centre for external audits and quality visits. You will meet and greet visitors at reception and assist in organising centre events.
You will receive coaching, mentoring and assessor support so that you can achieve a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard. This qualification will act as a platform for further career progression. The national apprenticeship pay rate will apply to his apprenticeship position.
This position is the first rung on the career ladder and is ideally suited to a school or college leaver embarking on an administration and business career. You will need to have GCSEs grades 9-4 in English and Maths. You should have basic IT skills but interested in developing those further to suit a business environment. Because you will be preparing business documents and doing audit checks on forms completed by others you will need to be able to pay attention to detail and have excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling.
