Position:
We are seeking a Test Lead or Test Manager to join our project teams to further enhance the solutions we provide to a wide range of clients.
Essential skills and experience
- Experience of testing high availability/transaction cloud based enterprise solutions built on AWS.
- Experience of supervising, supporting and assuring the work of test teams made up of 3 to 5 Testers.
- Experience of working with clients to jointly defined, execute and manage test strategies and plans for:
- Accessibility Testing
- Security (Penetration) Testing
- Performance, Integration and User Acceptance Testing
- Operational Acceptance Testing, Business Readiness Testing
Requirements:
- Experience of working in an agile and Continuous Integration based environment (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience of some or all of the following testing tools and technologies:
- Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, BrowserStack
- Cucumber/Gherkin
- WAVE
- OWASP ZAP / Dependency Check
- SonarQube
- A clear communicator, calm, can-do, resilient, comfortable being challenged and unfazed by complexity.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience of working in a professional services/consultancy environment preferred.
- Experience of working within teams made up of onshore and near-shore (Poland) personnel.
Experience of the GOV.UK Digital Service Standard and Technology Code of Practice preferred
