Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s North Carolina Battery Plant (TBMNC) Quality Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Quality Administrator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support for the Senior Manager of Quality at TBMNC. This position supports the Quality management team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality the person in this role will support the Quality department's objective to deliver exceptional quality to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Scheduling meetings and time for Senior Manager and General Manager.
- General administrative/clerical duties as assigned for Senior Manager and General Manager.
- Create and update weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage visitor schedules and accommodations.
- Handle external requests for time with Executives.
- Create documents and presentations for Executive meetings.
- Schedule travel and support with expense reports for the quality team.
- Develop methods to identify and resolve problems.
- Develop options for problem resolution and seek management approval to implement.
What you bring
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Strong computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Organizational skills (ability to prioritize multiple activities/tasks).
- Ability to handle change and quick pace.
- Previous experience supporting Executives in an administrative role.
Added bonus if you have
- Toyota experience and understanding of Toyota Way.
- Japanese language skills.
