Holland and Barrett, the UK's leading health and wellness retailer, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Network Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-performance network services across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead network infrastructure at Holland and Barrett, ensuring high-performance network services.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs for network services.
- Collaborate with Operations and Services teams to improve reporting and processes.
- Develop and control the technology roadmap and reporting.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Drive root cause analysis and communicate issue resolutions to stakeholders.
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Requirements:
- Experience in monitoring solutions for network status reporting.
- Proven ability to develop cost-effective infrastructure solutions for multi-location networks.
- Previous leadership experience in IT network support teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, vendor collaboration, and decision-making.
- Expertise in network operations, project design, and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience leading networking teams.
- Experience in DevOps environment with stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale network implementations and upgrades.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure/network services, including Windows, Linux platforms, and data/voice networks.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
