Due to an increase in contracts we are seeking an outstanding candidate to support our delivery team and to lead preparations for our upcoming Ofsted new provider monitoring visit – with a view to embedding long term quality standards into the business.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH OFSTED & ESFA CONTRACTS
As a Quality and Compliance Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:
· Preparing the business for an upcoming Ofsted inspection
· Ownership of Ofsted readiness plan to ensure we are always Ofsted ready
· Leading quality, compliance & curriculum to achieve business goals and priorities
· Coaching and managing the performance of direct reports in line with performance expectations and KPI’s to maintain a high-performance culture
· Leading the company self-assessment cycle to identify strengths and address development areas in line with Education Inspection Framework (EIF) judgements
· Responsibility for observation of teaching and learning strategy to maintain the highest quality
· Liaises and maintains excellent working relationships with funding bodies, regulators and Awarding Organisations
· Acts as Head of Centre for Awarding Organisation activities
· Leads on both the internal and external quality assurance and awarding body processes, ensuring registrations processes are followed and centre status is retained
· Keeps the business up to date with relevant Government, funding body and regulatory bodies documents and policies
· Ensures the right compliance processes and controls are in place to give the board assurance that all aspects of delivery is compliant with funding rules
· Undertakes regular collation and review all quality reports and associated data to ensure standards are met and maintained, whilst seeking ways to make improvements and keeping the board and wider business informed of progress
As a Quality and Compliance Manager you will have:
- Specialist experience of leading Quality & Compliance teams in the education and training sector
Expert level working knowledge and experience of:
- UK adult education budget (essential)
· Apprenticeships standards
· ESFA funding rules and leading funding body audits
· Curriculum best practices and blended learning delivery models
· Ofsted EIF Inspection Framework
· Prevent Duty & Safeguarding legislation
· Experience managing H&S in a further education setting
