- Develop performance marketing strategy and messaging plan
- Own all paid marketing channels from end-to-end (PPC, Social, Retargeting, Display, Native, paid article placement)
- Deliver measurable impact in acquisition, activation, engagement and conversion, across all our key markets, consumer segments and products
- Continuously improve our Performance Marketing toolset, including audience segmentation, campaign management, measurement and analytics and share insights across the business
- Set, monitor and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for all paid media activities and report on performance metrics
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all paid channels
- Analyse consumer behaviour, determine customer personas and segment audiences for top, middle and bottom of the funnel
- Collaborate with the wider team to conduct and analyse SEO experiments to improve performance and drive SEO traffic growth
- Conduct regular keyword analysis and update campaigns accordingly
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor the market and the competition
- Confidently manage and update digital platforms for content hosting and workflows for customer communications
- Manage Google shopping, Meta commerce and other comparison shopping channels
- Review and monitor all PPC campaigns and consider new messages, keywords and audiences for retargeting and to maximise performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital, including search, display, programmatic and driving performance through digital experiences
- Have a track record of developing analytics processes and toolkits to support CRM & paid marketing activity, including tracking and attribution technologies, and business processes
- Working knowledge and expertise in strategies to optimize performance through multiple digital devices
- In-depth knowledge of web and social analytics
- Direct experience with Google Adwords and Meta and programmatic DSPs
- Ability to understand and interpret numbers and analyse channel performance
- Analytical mind
- A team player who is positive, hands-on and able to get the best out of a team
