We are currently seeking an experienced Quality professional to join our Quality Inspection team as a Team Leader at our site in Mirfield.

As a Team Leader you will you will be responsible for all aspects of the Inspection team’s performance and for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers alike.

About You

With a team of six experienced Quality Inspectors to lead, you will have significant experience in a previous Quality role(s), be it in Inspection, Technician or Engineering positions.

You will have a good understanding of Inspection standard operating procedures and be able to interpret technical Engineering drawings. You will be a subject matter expert!

Some supervisory or people management experience is desirable but isn't essential. There is a strong support network in place and you will be given time to develop in this area.

Having previous experience in an aerospace or manufacturing company is highly desirable and ideally you will have either a Manufacturing/Technical apprenticeship or ONC/OND in an engineering discipline or perhaps both!
