RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines. We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.

Two vacancies have arisen within the Operations Integrity Group for Quality Engineers. The successful candidates will be based at Dyce, Aberdeen and may also work under our hybrid model and will report to the Operations Integrity Manager . The primary function will be performing quality engineering duties related to the support of processes and practices associated with the Company’s core business.
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analysis of quality performance and provide focus on quality across the business.
- Assisting in the development and update of the Company’s Integrated Management System Manuals.
- Provide quality advice on processes and assist in root cause investigation and collaborate with Operations Managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensure that workflows, processes and products comply with OEM specifications and standards.
- Provide technical direction to external auditors to verify compliance requirements.
- Conduct QHSE Internal Audits.
Experience:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship.
- Lean Sigma Green Belt, desirable but training can be given.
- Internal / Lead auditor – ISO 9001/9100, desirable but training can be given.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
