Key Tasks
- Coordinate the receipt, response and monitoring of quality concern reports from the customer via SQTS and LQTS reporting systems.
- Implement containment actions, root cause analysis and permanent long term actions.
- Regularly review and update FMEA and control plans .
- Ensure that product inspection procedures and reports are accurately and timely completed ensuring complete traceability.
- Provide technical support to production staff on quality requirements.
- Participate in and control APQP, Lear Profile and Lear quality reporting systems.
- Provide support in the maintenance of documentation in order to comply with TS16949 / IATF16949
- Coordinate, maintain and interpret statistical information issued by suppliers in order to comply with customer requirements and specifications.
Required Skills and Experiences
- HNC/Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferably automotive.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Competent in Faro Arm use and 8D problem solving,
