Salary: £39,000- £42,000 (Depending on experience)
Including a handsome shift allowance
Shifts:
Days: 07:00 – 15:00
Lates: 15:00 – 23:00
Nights: 20:45 – 07:00 (Sunday), 23:00 – 07:00 (Mon – Thur)

Job Description
· Manage QA responsibilities as part of a multifunctional team that operates on a rotating three-shift system.
· Provide a key customer liaison to coordinate any nonconformance activities within agreed timescales.
· Support part and process confirmation activities, through part and process audits.
· Represent the QA department within the Quality circle and continuous improvement teams, working closely with other functions.
· Ensure ANPQP/IATF16949 documentation and standards are maintained throughout the plant.
· Co-ordinate metrology responsibilities, to ensure all inspection standards and key feature requirements are completed in line with ANPQP expectations.
· Clear interpretation of requirements relating to technical drawing and standards.
· Support the introduction of process and design changes in line with ANPQP requirements.
· Coordinate the submission of ANPQP documents to the customer and associated part approval.
· Support the new launch-related activities, such as SOP ramp-up activities, tier 2 supplier QA incident management, and internal Gateway reviews.
Skills & experience
· Ideally has experience within a similar role, gained in a fast-moving, automotive manufacturing environment.
· Self-motivated, proactive thinker and possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
· Excellent understanding of all aspects of ANPQP management and the IATF16949 systems and processes that support this.
· 5 years high volume manufacturing experience, preferably including interior parts and associated assembly.
· Work effectively as part of a team
· Good IT Skills (Microsoft Applications)
