Storm Search is supporting immediate Direct Hire opportunity for an Quality Control Engineer a successful, and well-known manufacturing company in Oxford, CA.

Shift/Hours:

1st shift: 6am-2:40pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Quality Engineer plans and directs activities for the development, application and maintenance of the company's quality system.
• Reviews engineering change orders and random audits of the quality system using GD&T standard.
• Designs individual parts (inspection aid) and assemblies (inspection fixture) as needed or indicated by others.
• Creates complete detail drawings using accepted drafting symbols and conventions.
• Initiates and analyzes cause and corrective action activities exposed through audits and reviews accomplished.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or in a closely related major
• Previous Quality Engineering experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $47.00 per hour
