Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled (Supplier) Quality Engineer to work out of KT Alabama facility in the Scottsboro, AL area (Hollywood).
Position Activities:
Supplier Serial Life Management:
- Follow supplier performance on quality and logistic indicators
- Follow supplier top offenders thanks to Road Map
- Manage critical crisis/disputes between Treves plants and Suppliers
- Create audit processes at supplier plants
- Share supplier performance with Treves plants
- Inform the supplier about group indicator targets
Supplier Project Management:
- Participate in the selection of suppliers during sourcing nomination phase
- Coordinate tasks between project team and suppliers thanks to the APQP procedure
- Ensure the development of supplier process and supplier product
- Ensure suppliers PPAP documentation
- Ensure capitalization of supplier project management (results, problems & solutions)
- Ensure the transfer of the project to the plant
