Location: This is an agile role where you will be based out of our Doxey office with home working available
Contract: Permanent. We can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify on your application
Salary: Up to £35k + Car + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer you will ensure that the Quality Management System is being operated and maintained. You will provide a point of contact for communication on quality matters, initiating necessary action to resolve issues and ensuring satisfactory solutions have been reached and recorded.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring audits are undertaken in accordance with the audit schedule and that any adverse findings, including those raised by others, are closed out in a timely manner.
- Evaluating Non-conformances to identify any apparent trends and providing timely reports on NCR status and trends.
- Working to ensure Quality Documentation is produced as required, such as Inspection & Test Plans including those of sub-contractors
- Providing guidance and assistance on quality matters.
- Encouraging feedback from all employees and sub-contractors on possible areas of improvement
Who are we looking for?
This role of Quality Engineer is great for you if you have:
- Related HNC/Degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
