Responsibilities:

Proactively works with the various ABC Operations in reviewing supplier quality and delivery performance issues.
Determine potential risks on various components and ways to mitigate any disruptions to the manufacturing facilities.
Ensures Action Plans are developed, and monitored for risk based suppliers.
Manages the SQN portal; ensures timely and accurate closure of SQN’s and chargebacks.
Supports BTAB Process, Run @ Rates and PPAP activities where necessary.
Completes weekly / monthly Executive Reports for Quality, Purchasing and Business Units.

Qualifications:

Experience in PPAP, supplier plant audits, and problem-resolution activities.
Engineering and technical competence are required.
Ability to work with minimum supervision is necessary.
5 or more years of experience in working with suppliers to ensure quality launches in both automotive and Industrial applications.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
A demonstrated ability to use initiative; strong business acumen and proven ability to think critically.
Ability to travel locally, US, Mexico, and Overseas.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive experience will be an asset.
Fluency in one or more Asian languages will be a definite asset.
