Here at Ripe Now we're as passionate about our people as we are fresh produce, and due to business growth we are currently looking to add to our Quality team.
We're looking for a Quality Controller at our Boston Factory, where we store and pack a variety of produce and also ripen products such as Mango, Banana and Avocado. We would love it if you had experience of fresh produce, but this isn't a deal breaker. As long as you have the right attributes to become a skilled QC then we'll support you along the way.
The shift available is on a 2,2,3 rotating shift pattern working between 7.30am and 7.30pm. This means that you only work 182.5 days per year as well as getting every other weekend off.
We pay £11.13ph and overtime after 40 hours. You'll also get 20 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, rising with every year of service.
