Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people with a passion to learn to join our Quality Control team as soon as possible.
Purpose of the Role
As a Quality Controller you would work as part of a friendly team to ensure all products meet the required quality specifications.
Duties Include:
- Using a tablet to record accurate information
- Working with Quality Control Instruments
- Checking label information is correct
- Communicating with relevant departments
- Collating and assessing audits
- Sampling and taste testing many varieties of fruit from around the globe
- Prioritising workload
- Using Manual Handling Equipment
- Ensuring food safety and legislation is complied with
You will be given full and ongoing training and support.
Hours of work are based on 80 per 2 weeks on a 5 out of 7 day rota including some weekend work.
