The Role:
The role of the Quality Assurance Controller is to inspect and re-evaluate all processed stock from B2B and C2B streams to verify that completed work is correct. The Quality Assurance Controller will complete daily checks on all processed stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and management of all inbound C2B and B2B workload into the processing department
- Daily stock checks of all processed devices
- Completion of team end of day and shift findings reports
- Effective retraining of staff immediately following any quality issues raised
- Organization of and assistance with processing workload and staff roll call in the event of team lead vacation or absence
- Compliance with all Health and Safety requirements and guidelines
Must be:
- Experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced target driven environment
- Hard-working and punctual
- Positive attitude
- High level of accuracy with great attention to detail
- IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Self-motivated with the drive to act on own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory and/or quality assurance experience
- Familiarity with consumer electronics
