We have an opportunity for someone to join a leading design, manufacturing and retail business supplying Clothing, Footwear, PPE, and Promotional Gifts throughout the UK to most of the industry. The position will be based at our Hinckley Head Office. You may be required to work at one of our other premises within Warwickshire/Leicestershire for a period.
About The Role
There are two parts to the position:
Quality Control, Packing, Delivery and Despatch
- Inspecting and packing decorated workwear etc
- Arrange delivery note when order is ready
- Package and despatch orders by carrier or company vehicle
- Contact customer when order is ready for collection and designate collection point
- Arrange for delivery notes to be signed
- Liaise with sales
Assisting in the Retail Shop
We need a talented and friendly sales assistance to help our in-store customers find the best products for their needs and ensure an amazing customer experience whilst boosting sales and repeat business for the store. You need to have the ability to use a computer and competency with most popular software packages. Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customers receive an outstanding customers experience by meeting and greeting and answering product questions attentively on shop floor
- Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Promoting product offers
- Keeping shop safe and attractive to customers by regular checks, tidying and assisting with virtual merchandising
- Processing customers transactions at the counter dealing with refunds and customer complaints
- Quality Control products to meet the high demands of the business and meet the customer’s expectations
What We Need From You
- Excellent face to face communication skills and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer smile
- Full driving licence
- A good grasp of basic mathematics and the English language
- Patience and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused environment
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings or during the Christmas and Easter seasons or on bank holidays
- The ability to use a computer and competency with most popular software packages
- Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic GCSEs are helpful but not mandatory
