Job description
To work with Area Manager, Nursery Managers and staff teams to assure consistently high-quality provision of care within Nurseries across Shropshire and Cheshire.
To develop quality assurance processes and work with nurseries to deliver these outcomes.
Assist and support nurseries in delivery of high-quality care to meet, exceed and improve OFSTED inspections.
Keeping abreast of developments in early year’s education and their regulation, proposing best practice models and working with the staff teams on initiatives that will improve outcomes for children.
To promote the highest standard of professional conduct through modelling outstanding practice, ensuring confidentiality, equality, and respect to all staff.
Early Years degree or relevant childcare qualification.
Experience of supporting Early Years setting in achieving high quality care provision.
Experience of relevant regulatory and inspection frameworks, accreditation, and validation processes.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
