So what’s the job all about?
Our Quality Auditor roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick. They liaise extensively throughout their shift with production, hygiene and engineering colleagues to ensure technical issues and non-conformances are understood and necessary actions are undertaken. In addition to all this they also ensure all audits are completed to specified frequency. They lead the people in the department or line to become a highly motivated and engaged team. They are champions for health & safety and live and breathe the Samworth Brothers purpose and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Undertake audits for process, practice and equipment used in the Bakery
- Review the quality of all SKU’s across the products range
- Undertake taste panels on all product types (All Meat, Seafood and Dairy)
- Collect samples for microbiological testing
- Conduct calibration checks on key measuring equipment
- Completion of records and shift reports (Paper and IT)
- Day Shifts – Friday to tuesday or Wednesday to Sunday (£487.88 p/w)
- Night Shifts -Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday (£569.18 p/w)
- Full-time only
