We are continuing to operate and are looking for motivated people to join our Technical Team as a Quality Auditor. Purpose of the role:
The Quality Auditor will report into the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct standard and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section and Quality Manager.
Key responsibilities as a Quality Auditor:
  • Product Quality QAS – Inspecting product against customer quality contract agreements
  • GMP Audits – conduct against a scheduled frequency to ensure good manufacturing practice at site.
  • Bone checks
  • Carbon Dioxide Verification / Pressure Test Verification
  • Product sampling against micro schedule / Hand and Glove swabbing against micro schedule
  • Temperature checks and verification
  • Test Panel start and end of life
  • Paperwork checks (traceability) – ensure all paperwork is completed in full, in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
  • Carry out verification checks of calibration of measuring equipment in accordance with the schedule.
  • Participate in HACCP teams where applicable
  • Maintain filing of record documents and archiving
  • To be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety Procedures, encouraging safe working behaviours
  • Traceability – supporting the QA Process Leader in conducting Traceability in accordance with the scheduled frequency and as required

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (with potential opportunity for hours to increase to support Hygiene or Production areas)
