Through continued growth, we are looking to strength this commitment to the quality & safety of what we create, by recruiting a QUALITY ASSURANCE DATA ANALYST.
The role of QA DATA ANAYST
This is a key role in delving deep into the data from our Spares & Repairs teams, as well as Customer Care, where our customers may have had an issue with a product. From the trends and data you gather you then work collaboratively with product designers, engineers, product testers as well as warehouse, distribution, stock control, and a multitude of other departments including finance to indentify commercial impacts and quality improvements needed.
This role being ideal for someone who loves delving into the mysteries of a good spreadsheet or two. Someone who has an inquisitive mind that can translate data into reality for teams to understand and take action upon.
