Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Quality Assurance Auditor to join our proactive and innovative team.
- Responsible for supporting the Head of Quality in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) processes and ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards and controls.
- Responsible for Documentation Control, Supplier Management, Trend Analysis, Process Improvement, Internal & External Audits, Non-conformance Reporting,
- Root Cause Analysis, Customer Complaints, Corrective Action Plans & Awareness Training.
- Documentation management (creating & updating). Supplier selection, assessment and performance monitoring.
- Tracking QMS performance indicators and analysis of results.
- Internal auditing of UK business at all sites & external audits with suppliers, customers and certification body.
- Customer satisfaction monitoring and complaint management.
- Quality improvements through analysis of performance. Quality Assurance awareness training.
- Qualified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015)
- Ability to analyse QMS data and produce reports and presentations. Strong communicator who can work independently as well as part of the Quality team and wider business teams.
- Qualified or experienced auditor AS9100D or ISO/IEC 27001 (Desired)
- Possess strong IT skills to develop QMS documentation and reporting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret documents, which relate to standards, regulations and operating procedures.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to drive a positive Quality culture.
- Office 365
- Experience in previous Quality Assurance role, or studying for Quality Assurance qualification.
