The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.

About the role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance activities across Admiral Money and investigating, recommending, challenging, and supporting the business to ensure good customer outcomes are considered at the heart of Admiral Money's processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that where findings are identified, recommendations are agreed and tracked through to completion.
Your Day to Day
The role will involve overseeing the activities completed by Admiral Money's operational teams taking into consideration the full end to end customer journey and making recommendations to improve the outcomes for Admiral Money customers. You will take a risk based approach to your quality assurance work to provide oversight of subject areas susceptible to the greatest risk of customer detriment. Areas of oversight include, but are not limited to – Sales and Service, Customer Payment Support, Complaints, Regulated Letters, Vulnerable Customers and Credit Reference Agency Reporting. You will be responsible for communicating and agreeing your recommendations with stakeholders across Admiral Money and tracking all recommendations through to completion
About you
- Must have a strong appetite for improving the customer journey and rectifying unfair customer outcomes
- Must be confident and able to communicate clearly to all staff members from frontline staff to with senior stakeholders
- A strong work ethic and desire to support and develop staff
- Knowledge of the risk environment and control frameworks
- A good understanding of Microsoft packages
- Have experience of the whole product life cycle process
- The ability to undertake thorough Gap analysis and present findings clearly
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills
- Confident decision-making skills
- Pro-active, organised, and able to manage their time effectively and take initiative
- A great can-do attitude to support the business in change whilst achieving good customer outcomes.
