We are looking for individuals with a lived experience of a learning disability to join our team of Quality Assessors.
Commit to being an Expert by Experience, by using your own personal experience of having support, to ensure others are getting the support they desire.
Based at home in the Banbury area with local travel and supported by your Quality Supporter, develop your work experience, and meet new people whilst helping others have a voice about the support they receive.

Your role will involve:
- Quality checking the support people receive
- Attend quality checks in person, and use technology to meet with people online
- Observe and ask questions about people¿s support
- Complete detailed reports from the view of someone with a lived experience of learning disability
Who are we looking for?
- No previous experience or qualifications required. Full training will be provided
- Using your own lived experience of a learning disability, help customers understand that it is their support, not them, that is being assessed
- Good Knowledge of what a great support plan would include
- Compassionate, Caring and Confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun!
