Are you a looking for a new Qualified Social Worker role within Children's Services? Our client is looking to recruit a couple of Qualified Social Workers to work across Cumbria County within Children's Services. We are looking for dedicated Social Workers with experience within Child Protection Teams. Main duties include: Carrying out initial / core assessments and reviews Ability to work in partnership with both children and their families Ability to work alongside other key practitioners planning for the best interest of children Ability to work alone and part of a team Absolute commitment to the work of Health and Social Care Ability to organise, prioritise own work and achieve deadlines Work to a high standard of practice Carrying a CP case load To be successful: For this Qualified Social Worker, Child Protection role you will need to be SWE Registered and educated to Degree Level IE: BA Hons, BSc, DIPSW, CCETSW. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full varied caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a Child Protection Team.
