Job description
Sushi Shop Battersea currently is seeking for a Sushi Chef for our new location at 142 Northcote Road SW11 6RD the nearest tube station is Clapham Junction or Clapham South.

What we are expecting:
- At least 1 year of working with Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
- Fish cutting experience for different forms of sushi (Big plus if you know how to cut fish like a pro)
- Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Maintaining all station’s equipment in safe working condition
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Minimising food waste
- Ability to work on weekend
