The position would be a ‘hands-on’ role to provide frontline QHSE support, promote a positive QHSE culture and maintain visibility of QHSE issues within Norco Group Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· To ensure Norco Group Ltd comply with all applicable legislative and corporate governance.
· Implement industry best practice and develop Norco Groups management systems to achieve excellent QHSE performance.
· Plan and undertake a variety of audit and monitoring functions to establish that safe and best practice is implemented in the work assigned.
· Assist Senior Management in ensuring competence and appropriate training for all members of staff in accordance with relevant procedures and maintain competency files.
· Active participation in Health and Safety and Environmental meetings, management review meetings, Risk Assessments and audits both internal and external.
· Provide QHSE support during operational incidents and subsequent reporting and investigation.
· Prepare documentation and carry out Inductions/Re-Inductions for personnel.
· Interpret, recommend and implement improvements to the QHSE framework and their respective standards, policies, processes and associated forms.
· Obtain feedback from company and client personnel to evaluate effectiveness of QHSE performance and implement improvements where applicable.
· Compile and analyse statistical data for presentation to management.
· Ensure all QHSE records and data is up-to date.
· Ensure that all contracts with respect to health and safety, environmental and waste disposal are maintained and executed in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
· Ensure Fire Wardens, First Aiders and Safety Representatives are appointed and receive relevant training and are advised of their roles and responsibilities.
· Procurement of PPE supplies for the Company
Qualifications/Experience:
- QHSE: 2 years (Preferred)
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications advantageous
- COHSS Assessor/Risk Assessment/Auditor Training advantageous
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
