Job Description

We're looking for two experienced Optimisation Testing Managers to join the Testing & Personalisation Team which sits within Global eCommerce. These new roles will support the LEGO Groups' strategic plan across LEGO.com and our communications to help us build direct and long lasting relationships!

You'll have a passion for A/B testing, enjoy collaborating with others in the business, have a very data-focused approach, and the creativity to define the narrative for the recommendations.

These two roles will be focused on optimising many aspects of LEGO.com and our communications, but one role will be more focused on Loyalty and the other on Personalisation. Having this experience isn’t essential, however if you do have the skills, let us know in your CV!

Core Responsibilities

  • To run multi variant optimisation tests (either for Loyalty marketing or Personalisation marketing) to improve a variety of metrics across LEGO.com and CRM channels.
  • To create the testing strategies, and project manage the tests from start to end.
  • Work with the Senior Testing and Personalisation Manager to prioritise, schedule and monitor the performance of the testing programme.
  • Work with Product Teams to increase and improve the underlying technical abilities of optimisation testing.
  • Work with key partners including Digital Insights and Research Teams, and digital tools, to generate strong data led test hypothesis.
  • Be responsible in contributing to the ambitious growth targets for 2023.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Working with such a cross-functional team to support delivering outstanding shopper experiences for our entire fan base means a constantly evolving, dynamic work environment and the ability to see a real impact in how we bring LEGO values to life on a daily basis!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in (optimisation) testing methodologies.
  • Significant experience working with content for emails & websites.
  • Proficient in using Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to translate the results into a narrative to make your recommendations.
  • Highly organised, creative, structured, enthusiastic, positive and pragmatic approach.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Experience of driving, delivering and communicating test results.

What’s in it for you?

Here are some of what to expect:

  • Family Care Leave – We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.
  • Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.
  • Wellness – We want you to be your best self, so you'll have access to the Headspace App and lots of wellbeing initiatives and programmes run by local teams where you are based.
  • Colleague Discount – We know you'll love to build so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.
  • Bonus – We do our best work to succeed together. When goals are reached and if eligible, you'll be rewarded through our bonus scheme.
  • Your workplace – When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. The hiring team will discuss the principles of our hybrid work model 'Best of Both', role eligibility and frequency with you during the recruitment process.

Children are our role models. Their curiosity, creativity and imagination inspire everything we do. We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued and they belong.
