Here at GXO, we’re looking for a QA Analyst to join us on a 18 months fixed term contract basis, based on our head office in Northampton with the opportunity for some hybrid working. You’ll work as part of our HRIT function, supporting us from a quality assurance and testing perspective on our journey of the systematic improvement and optimisation of our HR technology landscape across Europe.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Create test plans and oversee test execution and defect management across various functional streams, providing reports to project stakeholders
- Participate in the review of project deliverables including requirement specifications, functional design documents and technical design documents
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices and developing new dashboards/processes to ensure quality goals are met
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A proven track record as a QA Analyst within the payroll, HR or time & attendance space
- Experience in testing core HR integrations implemented using SuccessFactors
- A background in testing payroll projects implemented using SAP PY, SuccessFactors EC Payroll or ADP Payroll
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
