Synechron is seeking a skilled QA Manual ETL Tester to join our team in the Synechron department. As a QA Manual ETL Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data migration and ETL processes. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.

ETL tester with Database and Capital Market Domain Knowledge.- Automation testing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Perform manual testing on ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure testing meets business needs
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to project stakeholders
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of ETL processes and data migration, as well as experience with manual testing. You should be detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
