Role summary:
A £2bn+ Defence nuclear programme based in the UK. A 10+ year programme to deliver a manufacturing capability in a multi-faceted client facing environment.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement to Project Quality Plan .
- Implement, manage and arrange and undertake audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Programme.
- Monitor quality plans effectiveness, and take remedial action as required.
- Monitor that standards and control procedures within the project Quality Plan are observed.
- Review, comment, and report on quality management plans.
- Work with the Commercial Manager to integrate QA requirements with the provision of systems and contractual arrangements.
- Liaise with the project teams to ensure that adequate procedures are established within their functions.
Formal qualifications or training:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience Quality Management
- Past experience working on high level secure environments, preferably nuclear
- Good knowledge of construction techniques and their implications for safety and quality.
- Degree educated.
