Pay: £21,255 per year (based on full-time 37.5 hours) Part-time hours, salary will be pro rata

We are looking for a Triage & Quality Assurance Administrator to work in Gloucester with our Gloucestershire Community Based Support Housing Team.


We have two roles available:


Full-time 37.5 hours a week, maternity cover until September 2024.


Part-time between 18 and 30 hours per week.

(Thursday & Friday working would be essential)


You will provide:


  • Support to the team by assessing incoming referrals to ensure all support needs are captured.


  • A first point of contact for professionals and service users via phone, email and post.


  • Quality advice and guidance, signposting on housing, benefits, social isolation, and maximising income. Full training is given in this role.


  • Administrative support including daily reporting via Excel, maintaining an effective records system of cases, monitoring whether quality targets have been met, and general administrative support tasks.


You’ll need to be a confident communicator and have excellent organisational skills. Experience working in a social care setting would be beneficial, but not essential.


The service operates primarily between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are able to discuss flexible working for applicants to meet a healthy work life balance.


You will be required to work mainly from our Gloucester office with some flexibility around working from home.


You will be part of a team of Triage workers supporting the wider team of frontline Support Workers and Managers.
