The Role:
We have lots happening here and are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team.
As an QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through the delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with the other QAs, BAs and the whole development team to ensure that new features and improvements meet our high standards. You will be expected to actively participate in all aspects of delivering features, and to champion our approach to quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and maintain a comprehensive test suite for our products
- Conduct both exploratory and automated testing to ensure the highest level of quality
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to the development process
- Identify and communicate risks and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure that our products meet industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations
- Continuously improve the QA process and identify opportunities for automation
- Work with the QA team to establish and maintain best practices and testing standards
Skills we look for:
- Strong experience with both exploratory and automated testing
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium
- Ability to write test scripts in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience in testing at different levels of the tech stack, including UI, API and DB.
- Understanding of full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering to delivery
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Feel comfortable working closely with developers, business and other QA engineers in a highly collaborative environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
