Austin Fraser are recruiting on behalf of an elite client in the financial serrvices industry. Our client are experts in the car finance world helping customers all across the UK in there car buying journey.

The Role
Junior QA

• You'll be overseeing the end-to-end testing process, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.
• Working across teams to work out test strategies, test plans, and test cases that are aligned with project requirements and business goals.
• Collaborating across cross functional teams to ensure test coverage and validate software functionality against business tasks.
• Designing and executing manual and automated test scripts to confrim system functionality, performance and reliability.
• You'll be performing root cause analysis of defects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

What we are looking for:

• strong experience as a Test Analyst or similar role in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with and testing CRM systems
• Understanding of automated testing, including test script creation and maintenance.
• Experience in a codeless test automation tool
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
