Looking for something new? We have a position available within our QA department. We are looking for an admin assistant to make our small team complete. As a valued member of the team, you will be working in a fast paced environment with two other people, performing duties such as data entry, document checking and scanning, logging errors and undertaking root cause investigations.

No previous experience is necessary as full in house training will be provided.
Hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays) but can be slightly flexible if needed. This can be discussed at interview stage.
Salary begins at minimum wage depending on experience. There is also a 6 month probation period, which if successful will include a pay increase on completion. There is also potential to earn more depending on performance.

Main duties
· Booking out orders for delivery
· Stock allocation
· Checking supplier delivery notes and matching test certificates
· Reporting of defective material to suppliers and negotiate credits/collections
· Requesting missing test certificates from suppliers
· Dealing with customer queries via email and phone
· logging failed deliveries and conducting root cause investigations
· Sending test certs for orders that require manual sends
· Assist with the upkeep of supplier performance reviews
· Assist the Quality Manager with preparing for up and coming audits
Requirements
· Ability to learn Microsoft packages including excel and in house software.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent time management.
· Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
· Keen eye for detail.
· Have a proactive approach to tasks
