Q&C Administrator – Located at our Hobbycraft Head Office, BH23 6HG.
Salary up to £23,000 + pension with a 4% contribution, 25 days holiday increasing every year, 25% discount in our stores, hybrid working policy, Dog friendly office and many more!
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times.
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
About the Role
As the Q&C Administrator you will be supporting the Quality and Compliance Manager. This role will involve working with branded and own brand suppliers ensuring we are informed and compliant.
You will work collaboratively with our Buyers, Marketing, DC, Central Operations, Stores, Ecommerce and Supply Chain. You will also liaise regularly with our international and UK suppliers and their factories providing QA/QC advice on product development and testing requirements.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has the confidence to communicate at all levels. You will be a logical thinker, who is process driven and meticulous about detail. Your flexible approach to work and can-do attitude will help you to grow and develop into this role.
Strong Administrator,- Motivated, self-starter, ability to work well under deadlines.
- Flexible attitude with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
- Good organisation, time management and systems skills.
- Able to analyse and interpret information.
- Able to travel internationally, if required.
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
Desirable qualities (but what we can help you develop)- Experienced in working with testing labs and factories internationally.
- Experience of working with suppliers
- Understanding about our products, how they work and how they are manufactured.
