Primary School Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You hold a recognised teaching qualification and are eligible to work as a teacher in the UK. Experience or a strong understanding of teaching Year 2 students: You have prior experience teaching in Year 2 or a solid understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and pedagogical approaches suitable for this age group. Passion for education and student development: You have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment. Strong classroom management skills: You can establish clear expectations, routines, and behaviour management strategies to ensure a focused and positive classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You can build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open lines of communication and collaboration. Flexibility and adaptability: You can quickly adjust to different school environments and adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners. Enhanced DBS check: You are willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, ensuring eligibility to work with children. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive pay rate range of £130-200 per day based on experience and qualifications.
