Job description
Spar Royal Avenue are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Head Office team, the ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of software programs and will have the ability to take initiative without being monitored.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of the stock control system
The main purpose of this role will include the following duties:
· Answering and directing incoming calls, handling queries, greeting and assisting visitors.
· Provide admin support to other departments by responding to requests and queries.
. Managing Booking.com Website and responding where necessary.
· checking off Delivery Notes,
· checking Invoice prices,
· running stock control reports,
· Scheduling Social media posts & replying to enquiries and upload products to our Website.
· Any other data entry or office tasks as requested by management.
Essential Criteria –
- At least 1 years’ experience in an administration role.
- Grade C or above in English & Math’s (or equivalents)
- ICT skills consisting of a working knowledge of Word and Excel and Windows Mail.
- The ability to work as a part of a team.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Motivated team player and ability to take initiative
- Ability to adhere to defined processes and standard operating procedures
- The ability to use initiative.
- Willingness to carry out instruction
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
