Job Description

Here at ASOS we like to do things differently, and that includes our people agenda. We are the People Experience team, not just ‘HR’. Our mission is to ensure that the ASOS people experience is like no other. An experience that ASOSers love, where they learn, where they collaborate, where they embrace change and where they can be authentic, brave, creative and disciplined in everything they do.

As PXHub Administrator, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will be the first point of contact in PX for our ASOSers, managing queries into our PXHub inbox and onboarding new starters. This role will suit an existing HR administrator who can effectively prioritise and problem solve, whilst applying your HR knowledge to successfully resolve queries. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is continually looking for ways to improve processes. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment while supporting our ambition to become the number one destination for fashion loving 20-somethings globally.

This role reports to the PXHub Advisor and will focus on delivering an excellent level of service to our ASOSers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and effectively respond to queries from our ASOSers in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, prioritising urgent queries as they are received into our centralised PX Hub inbox
  • Be customer-centric in how you respond to our ASOSers queries, applying the relevant process and/or policy to reach accurate and timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and action transactional requests on our HR System (Workday) from our PX teams
  • Work in partnership with the PX Partnering team and Centres of Excellence, providing feedback on trends, insights and escalations on a regular basis ensuring the relevant teams are notified every step of the way
  • Manage and track new starters and leavers, taking full ownership of these processes ensuring all compliance checks are completed, including right to works, contracts, discount codes maintained and accurate audit trails kept for payroll purposes
  • Assist and work in partnership with our payroll team to ensure the relevant documentation is captured for new starters and leavers monthly, completing checks and validations in line with critical payroll deadlines
  • Ensure that month end system changes are made in a timely manner to ensure other processes run to required deadline
  • Create and maintain accurate employee files, ensuring we are compliant with GDPR principles
  • Always ensure the on-going accuracy and maintenance of HRIS data.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as requested by PX Partners, PX Teams and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with PX Systems to manage any new requests or changes to automated processes, ensuring that all changes are made in line with relevant controls
  • Responsible for working with the PX Advisor and PX Partners to ensure the on-going accuracy and maintenance of standard letters and contracts at all times
  • Manage and record all absences, providing policy advice to ASOSers who are looking to explore Family Friendly policies and processing Company Sick Pay, SSP & AWOL accurately
  • Manage external reference requests e.g., mortgages, new employment, tenancy
  • Take ownership of your own development, acting as note-taker in People Relations meetings where appropriate e.g., disciplinaries
  • Proactively look for ways to continuously improve processes, keeping up to date with relevant changes and suggesting new ways to optimise and streamline our processes
  • Support any additional inputting and special projects as required by PX Teams
