Stylist and Technician role

• Full Time or Part Time available
• Full consultation with clients.
• Building your client base and retention rates, ensuring that all clients receive the authentic TONI&GUY experience.
• Referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and product sales.
• Acting as a role model in the salon, mentoring the Apprentices and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
• Playing a key part in representing and promoting the TONI&GUY brand and Superbrand status at all times.
• Attending all Academy training provided as part of your career journey with TONI&GUY.

Salon Manager role

• Mentor and develop your talented team and to build and grow a successful salon business with a vibrant client base.
• Key to the overall success of our business, helping drive revenue and controlling costs to ensure that we reach and exceed our targets.
• Driving salon performance, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensuring that the day to day running of the salon is professional, on brand and meets the TONI&GUY Client Care Gold Standard.
• Demonstrating strong management and leadership skills and being able to motivate staff to achieve their targets.
• Working with our Global Support teams to devise strategies that will continually grow your client base and ensure the overall success of your business.
• Developing your team, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their full potential, whilst at the same time actively supporting them throughout their career development path with TONI&GUY.
• Full Time - 40 hours per week.

Front of House role

• Be committed.
• Ensure all clients receive warm Authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.
• Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
• Deliver hospitality levels of service.
• Part Time Hours.
• Most importantly, wear a smile… every day!

Apprentice role

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Ensure the client receives a relaxing, but professional shampoo experience.
• Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and have refreshments if requested.
• Maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times.
• Full Time - 40 hours per week.
• No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided across all apprenticeship programmes.
