Job description
- Generate weekly reports for customers.
- Accurately and in a timely manner Update Purchase Orders with responses upon receipt of supplier delivery updates.
- Action customer requests & Liaise with suppliers.
- Manage Supplier Acknowledgements, including verification and then updating our system
- To communicate directly with Suppliers to expedite Purchase Orders and understand the reasons for any delays, having the authority to ask questions and improve where possible
- To work closely with Purchasing and Sales team regarding customer requirements communicating with internal team to achieve best outcome for customers
- Manage scheduled orders, reviewing any potential shortages distributing this information accordingly
- Manage direct deliveries to customers.
- Manage supplier collection purchase orders, liaising with warehouse/drivers to arrange collections.
