To address the growing needs of our customers the Company recently moved operations to Austin Texas and operates a 275,000 square foot warehouse.
Job Description
The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for the procurement of supplies, materials and services for CM through the development and implementation of strategic procurement plans. This individual needs to have a high energy, hands-on style for an entrepreneurial environment. This individual must possess the ability to keep pace with rapidly growing demand and a fast-paced environment.

General Duties and Responsibilities
Employees with the title of Purchasing Agent must demonstrate proficiency, and meet all productivity and quality requirements for procurement of supplies, materials and services to support MFA business lines, including but not limited to:
- Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.
- Track purchasing activities and measurements.
- Manage supplier/vendor relations and build effective partnerships.
- Conduct inventory audits on a routine basis to ensure supplies and materials are available.
- Coordinate with Production team and other departments to ensure a consistent and continuous supply chain.
- Ensure that work area is kept neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Maintain courteous and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
