Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Contract type: Permanent / Part Time option possible

Key responsibilities as a Purchasing/Administration Assistant:
Purchasing related
· Inquiry placement
· Requisition raising/Order placement
· (New) Supplier information chasing/maintenance
· COC & environmental credentials/product certification evidence
· Order processing – clearance for payment/PODs
· Materials/payment progress chasing
· Material price database collation/maintenance
General Administration
· Delivery ticket raising
· O&M Manual collation/printing
· General administration tasks
· New starter admin
Required skills as a Purchasing/Administration Assistant:
· Good understanding of purchasing and supply chain.
· IT and computer literate – Excel and Outlook knowledge. Experience of Sage an advantage.
· Ability to maintain and build good working relationships.
· Organised and ability to prioritise workload.
· Strong processing & communication skills
