Public Safety Dispatcher
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $21.26, DOE + Benefits
The Public Safety Dispatcher is responsible for making and receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for service and dispatching the proper resource for the request received. A request for service may be presented in person, by telephone or by radio communications from inside and outside the resort.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Experience
- One year of related experience.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
- Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
- Current Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
